A delicious Finery crush to sip for summer

Method

Add ingredients to blender and whizz until combined. 

Place in the freezer for 30-45 mins or until you have reached your desired consistency.

Garnish with fresh viola.

Ingredients

1 Cup Frozen Blackcurrants

45ml Blood Orange Syrup (Monin)

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Sugar Syrup

1 Cup of Ice

1 Can of Finery Blood Orange Blackcurrant Chilli and Rosemary Sparkling Gin Cocktail

Viola to garnish
